At NXT LVL Activewear, we aim to get your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. If your country isn’t available at checkout, shoot us an email at NXTLVL@admin.com and we’ll try to sort it out.

Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the move.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like carrier delays or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promos, follow us on Instagram or TikTok to stay in the loop.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any issues or your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at admin@nxtlvl.com.

Wrong Address?
Entered the wrong shipping address? Let us know ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once it’s out the door, we’re limited in what we can do, but we’ll help however we can.
