Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how refunds and returns work at NXT LVL.

Change of Mind
We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size choice, or accidental orders, so please double-check your cart before checking out. We’re happy to exchange for another size or item if it’s in stock (see below).

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at NXTLVL@admin.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund once the issue is confirmed.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or if you’ve changed your mind about colour/style. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at admin@nxtlvl.com with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos if applicable

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds (if approved)
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. You’ll get an email once it’s done.
